Lagoon Main Beach Car Park Share is an independent, peer-to-peer service. Please read the following carefully before listing a space or submitting a rental inquiry.
1. Independent Platform. This platform is operated independently by residents of Lagoon Main Beach. It is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or managed by Lagoon Main Beach property management, body corporate, strata management, or building management.
2. Rental Agreements. All rental agreements made through this platform are strictly between individual residents. The platform is not a party to any agreement and does not review, approve, or facilitate transactions beyond providing a listing directory.
3. No Responsibility for Disputes. The platform takes no responsibility for disputes, property damage, non-payment, access issues, or any other matter arising from a rental arrangement. Disagreements must be resolved directly between the parties involved.
4. Bylaws & Strata Compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their car space rental complies with the building's bylaws, strata regulations, and any applicable body corporate rules. Check your eligibility to list or rent a space before proceeding.
5. No Fees. This platform does not charge any fees for listing or renting a car space. It is provided as a free community service.
6. Listing Expiry. Listings automatically expire 7 days after being created or last refreshed. Owners must log in and refresh a listing to keep it visible.
7. Data We Store. We store minimal personal information required to operate this service: your name, contact details (phone, email, or unit number), and a securely hashed PIN. This is used only to display your listing and identify you as its owner.
8. Data Removal. You may request removal of your data at any time. Your listings and account data will be deleted on request.
9. Use At Your Own Risk. This platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Use of this service is entirely at your own risk.
10. Acceptance. By listing a space or submitting a rental inquiry through this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
